Commercial Diving

Enviro Marine can provide commercial divers to cater for all scientific and technical requirements.

All Enviro Marine’s diving operations are conducted according to Australian Standards for occupational diving. Diving is managed under the Enviro Marine Safety Management System, which includes a Diving Operations Manual and can be provided to clients on request. Depending on requirements, diving operations are conducted according to AS2299.1 (AS/NZS, 1999) or, if permissible, AS2299.2 (AS/NZS, 2002). The Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Diving Safety) Regulations 2002 requires that a diving operation that is an offshore petroleum operation be conducted using Surface Supplied Breathing Apparatus (SSBA). This requires that divers be qualified to according to Part 2 (Restricted) (AS2815.2R) (AS/NZS, 1992). Accordingly, Enviro Marine diver’s are all commercially qualified as at least Australian Diving Accreditation Scheme (ADAS) Part 2 (Restricted) Divers.
